Business Development Officer | Littleton

Are you an experienced professional in banking with a passion for building strong client relationships? Our Littleton team is seeking a skilled Business Development Officer to join our team and play a pivotal role in expanding our portfolio.

Primary Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Assist in conducting market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities.
  • Attend networking events and meetings with and without senior team members to build industry contacts, with the goal of establishing new relationship (consumer and business) opportunities for the Bank.
  • Gather and analyze data on market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
  • Support the branch team in reaching out to potential clients.
  • Prepare and assist in the delivery of presentations to prospective clients.
  • Participate in meetings and follow up on client inquiries under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Help promote the bank’s products and services to new and existing clients.
  • Assist in developing marketing materials and content for client presentations.
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the bank’s products and services.
  • Assist in the achievement of team sales targets by supporting the sales process.
  • Help track and monitor sales activities and results.

Qualifications:

What You’ll Do:

Relationship Manager | Redstone Bank

Are you an experienced professional in banking with a passion for building strong client relationships? Our team is seeking a Relationship Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in expanding our portfolio.

What You’ll Do:

  • Responsible for the growth and retention of a portfolio of new and existing Business Banking clients.
  • Attain new customers through referrals therefore contributing to deposit growth by cross selling and promoting additional banking products.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service by addressing their lending requirements and inquiries.
  • Identify and pursue new lending opportunities within the target market, working closely with business development teams to expand the client base.

  • Assist the other Personal Bankers and accurately assist customers with processing transactions.
  • Help the branch achieve overall depository, lending, and treasury management goals.
  • Out of the bank calling efforts with prospective community, personal and business clients.

What You’ll Bring:
