Business Development Officer | Littleton
Are you an experienced professional in banking with a passion for building strong client relationships? Our Littleton team is seeking a skilled Business Development Officer to join our team and play a pivotal role in expanding our portfolio.
Primary Responsibilities and Duties:
- Assist in conducting market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities.
- Attend networking events and meetings with and without senior team members to build industry contacts, with the goal of establishing new relationship (consumer and business) opportunities for the Bank.
- Gather and analyze data on market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Support the branch team in reaching out to potential clients.
- Prepare and assist in the delivery of presentations to prospective clients.
- Participate in meetings and follow up on client inquiries under the guidance of senior team members.
- Help promote the bank’s products and services to new and existing clients.
- Assist in developing marketing materials and content for client presentations.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the bank’s products and services.
- Assist in the achievement of team sales targets by supporting the sales process.
- Help track and monitor sales activities and results.
- Ensure that all activities are conducted in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Assist in maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
Qualifications:
- Strong ethical values and commitment to maintaining client confidentiality.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Must have at least 1-3 years in sales, customer service, relationship management, or a preferably within the financial services sector.
- Basic understanding of banking products and services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet lending targets.
- Proficiency in financial analysis tools, credit scoring models, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with lending regulations, compliance requirements, and industry best practices.
Relationships:
- Responsible to the Market President for the fulfillment of functions and responsibilities.
- Will have extensive contact with customers, the public and the community and is to conduct relationships in a manner that will enhance the overall image and reputation of the bank.
- Will be called upon from time to time to participate with community organizations and in community projects.

Personal Banker I | Littleton
We are seeking a dedicated Personal Banker I to join our Littleton team and deliver exceptional customer service to our clients. If you are a proactive problem solver with a passion for helping clients achieve their financial goals, we encourage you to apply now!
Primary Responsibilities & Duties:
- Assist clients with day-to-day customer service requests including issues and interactions regarding customer inquiries, new accounts, online banking services and ongoing relationship needs for depository clients.
- Perform transfers, loan payments and assist with wire transactions.
- Responsible for opening new consumer accounts with supporting products and services including online banking, mobile banking, debit cards, credit cards and when appropriate ODP.
- Responsible for opening business accounts with supporting products and services including online banking, mobile banking, debit cards, credit cards and merchant card processing.
- Assist the other Personal Bankers, and accurately assist customers with processing transactions.
- Help the branch achieve overall depository, lending and treasury management goals.
- Attends banking schools and seminars as required to maintain knowledge of bank products, policies and procedures and compliance.
- Be able to work fluctuating hours, as the need arises, to cover for other employees on vacation or in their absence.
- As assigned, completes special projects.
Qualifications:
- Possess strong knowledge of the Bank’s consumer and business products and services.
- Possess knowledge of, and is able to perform, all Personal Banking & retail loan functions.
- Effective communication skills to establish strong customer dialogue and relationships.
- Competent computer skills to understand and execute banking programs and software.
- Familiarity with compliance requirements and industry best practices.
- Strong ethical values and commitment to maintaining client confidentiality.

Primary Responsibilities & Duties:
- Assist clients with day-to-day customer service requests including interactions regarding customer inquiries, new accounts, online banking services and ongoing relationship needs for both depository and lending clients.
- Perform transfers, loan payments, and assist with wire transactions.
- Responsible for opening new consumer accounts with supporting products and services including online banking, mobile banking, debit cards, credit cards and when appropriate ODP.
- Responsible for opening business accounts and offering services including, online banking, mobile banking, debit/credit cards and merchant card processing. Responsible for actively looking for treasury management opportunities and assist with new account set-up or implementation.
- Provide customer service to clients for retail loan inquiries by accepting and processing consumer retail loan applications, specifically HELOC’s and auto loans. A Personal Banker II will assist with underwriting and approval or denial of retail loan applications within the lending authorities established for you at your location. As well as close retail loans and provide ongoing customer service to retail loan clients.
- Assist the other Personal Bankers and accurately assist customers with processing transactions.
- Help the branch achieve overall depository, lending, and treasury management goals.
- Out of the bank calling efforts with prospective community, personal and business clients.
Qualifications:
- Possess strong knowledge of the Bank’s consumer and business products and services.
- Possess knowledge of, and is able to perform, all Personal Banking & retail loan functions.
