Meet Madison at Redstone Bank. Madison is a Personal Banker in our Littleton branch and has been with Redstone Bank for five years. Madison is a Colorado native, growing up in Denver and attending St. Mary’s Academy and then graduating from the University of Colorado in Boulder.
Madison enjoys her current role because she gets to greet customers every day when they come by the Littleton branch, and she gets to help clients with their everyday banking needs. As a Personal Banker, Madison works one-on-one with clients, helping to recommend financial products and services that will help them reach their financial goals. She helps customers open new accounts and performs various duties, helping with deposits, wires, and debit cards.
Madison has worked at other small community banks, and now, she really enjoys the culture of working at Redstone Bank. She’s held different positions in different departments in her time at Redstone, and she really enjoys the learning and experience she’s gaining. She said, “I’m learning a lot to hopefully be a very well-rounded banker.” At Redstone Bank, we want our staff to learn, grow, and find success in the role that’s best fit for them and the bank.
“The best thing about working at Redstone is the people I get to work with and the community I get to help. Because our community bank reinvests back into the community, as we grow, the community grows, and vice versa. We get to help each other grow!”
When Madison isn’t at work, she enjoys spending time with her extended and immediate family, who are all from and live in Colorado. She also loves paddle boarding and cheering on her favorite rugby team, the Glendale Raptors, and her guilty pleasure is watching cartoons. She loves the show The Office, and her favorite live concert she’s attended is J. Cole at Red Rocks. Her dream vacation is to spend three weeks exploring all of Italy. And if she could live anywhere in the world, she’d pick Scotland.
Redstone Bank is proud to be a local community bank that is dedicated to the clients they serve in the Littleton, Centennial, and Parker communities. Madison explains, “The best thing about working at Redstone is the people I get to work with and the community I get to help. Because our community bank reinvests back into the community, as we grow, the community grows, and vice versa. We get to help each other grow!”
And if you’re looking for a bank that’s more community-based or customer service-focused, you need to stop by Redstone Bank. Madison said, “If you need a new bank, make the switch to Redstone because we care about every client individually, and there will always be someone willing and able to help you.”
We also asked Madison to describe Redstone Bank in just three words. She replied, “Committed. Friendly. Fun.”
Be sure to visit our Littleton branch and talk to Madison if you need a new checking account or want to know more about our CD specials because she’d love to have the chance to help you.
