Commercial Real Estate Loan Special 5.99% APR* for a Limited Time

Commercial Real Estate Loan Special 5.99% APR* for a Limited Time

Stop Renting Your Business Space. Start Owning It.

Commercial Real Estate Loans for Denver businesses, whether you’re purchasing new property or refinancing the one you already own.

Rent Payments Build Equity – For Someone Else.

If you’re leasing the building your business operates from, every monthly payment builds equity for your landlord, not your business. At the same time, many business owners who already own their property are re‑evaluating existing loans in search of better structure, stability, or long‑term value.

Redstone Bank provides commercial business real estate loans with decisions made locally, by bankers who understand Denver’s market and your business needs.

One Loan. Two Smart Paths: Purchase or Refinance

Redstone Bank’s Commercial Real Estate Loan gives eligible businesses the flexibility to:

  • Purchase owner‑occupied commercial real estate, or
  • Refinance existing commercial property to better align with today’s goals

Whether you’re transitioning from renting to owning—or restructuring debt on a property you already operate from—we help you turn your real estate into a long‑term business asset.

5.99% APR* Loan Special

  • 5.99% APR* fixed interest rate for 3 years
  • Amortizations up to 25 years
  • Available for purchase or refinance of owner-occupied commercial real estate
  • Local underwriting and credit decisions
  • Relationship-based business banking

Designed for Businesses Ready to Invest in Their Space

Our Commercial Real Estate Loans are built for established businesses that want greater control over their real estate—through either ownership or refinancing.

This includes businesses that are:

  • Purchasing their first commercial property
  • Moving from leasing to owning their current location
  • Refinancing an existing owner‑occupied property
  • Restructuring commercial real estate debt for more predictable payments

If your business operates out of a physical location, purchasing or refinancing commercial property may be a strategic next step.

*APR (Annual Percentage Rate) will be fixed at 5.99% for the first three (3) years. After the initial fixed-rate period, the rate will adjust every three (3) years based on the Wall Street Journal Prime Rate. The current Wall Street Journal Prime Rate is 6.75%. Loans may be amortized for up to twenty-five (25) years. The maximum APR that may be imposed is 21%. Terms and conditions apply. All loans are subject to credit approval. Not all applicants will qualify. Promotional rate expires July 31, 2026.
