At Redstone Bank, our people are the heart of everything we do. And today, we’re excited to spotlight one of our outstanding team members, Lynn Ngo, Commercial Loan Officer.
Meet Lynn
Lynn joined Redstone Bank on March 3, 2025, bringing with her a strong background in lending and relationship banking. Her career began at FirstBank, where she spent nine years growing from a management trainee to Senior Vice President. She then continued building her expertise at First Western Trust before finding her home here at Redstone.
Today, Lynn specializes in commercial lending, relationship building, and connecting with clients, helping businesses succeed while fostering meaningful partnerships.
Family is incredibly important to Lynn. She comes from a large and close-knit extended family—both of her parents are one of ten siblings, giving her nine aunts and nine uncles on each side! Her immediate family includes her parents, her older sister and brother-in-law, and her beloved dog, Sir Odington (Otis), plus a few furry nieces and nephews.
She grew up in Denver, Colorado, where some of her favorite memories include spending time outdoors in the backyard with her sister and cousins.
When she’s not helping clients, Lynn enjoys a mix of creativity and relaxation:
- 🎨 Hobbies: Arts and crafts like diamond art, cross-stitching, and paint-by-number
- 🎬 Favorite movies: Harry Potter (films 1–4)
- 🌮 Favorite foods: Tacos and Vietnamese cuisine
- 📺 Guilty pleasure: Cozy nights with snacks, binge-watching reality TV, and scrolling social media
- 📚 Currently reading: Novels by Kristin Hannah (recent favorites include The Nightingale and The Women)
- 👩💼 Dream mentor: Michelle Obama (they share a birthday!)
- 📺 Binge-watch: Law & Order: SVU (she’s on Season 13 of 27!)

When asked what she loves most about working at Redstone, Lynn didn’t hesitate:

One of her favorite memories so far? Her very first holiday party and Christmas at The Peak, a perfect example of the close-knit environment we value.
